Delete your account

You can delete your Mimicall account at any time — from this page, or from Settings → Delete account in the mobile app. Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no undo and no waiting period.

Any credits left on your account are forfeited

Unused credits are not refundable and cannot be moved to another account. If you have a scheduled call, it is cancelled before your account is removed.

What is erased

Your name, email address, and password
Every phone number you verified
Every persona you created
Your full call history — scheduled and past calls, transcripts, and recordings
Your cloned voices, including the voice models held by our voice provider and the audio samples you uploaded
Your voice-cloning consent records
Your onboarding and marketing email subscription

What is kept, and why

Credit purchases, refunds, and charges — amounts and dates only, with your identity stripped out

We are required to keep a record of money that changed hands for tax and accounting purposes. Those records are de-identified when you delete your account: your name, email address, and phone numbers are removed from them, leaving amounts and dates that can no longer be traced back to you.

How long it takes

Everything above happens while your request is being processed — normally within a few seconds. Routine encrypted backups may still contain your data for up to 30 days, after which they are overwritten on their own rotation. The de-identified accounting records are kept for 7 years.

Your email address is released as soon as your account is deleted, so you are free to sign up again with it. A new account starts from scratch — nothing is carried over.

Can't sign in?

If you can no longer access your account, email support@mimicall.app from the address the account was registered with and ask us to delete it. We will verify the request and complete it within 30 days.
